Love Your Liver Smoothie

Yields 2 Serves

1 cup chopped raw or steamed beets

2 chopped carrots

1 chopped rib of celery

½ cup kale leaves

¼ cup parsley

¼ cup cilantro

1 cup water or coconut water

1 tsp of flax seed oil

Combine all the ingredients in a smoothie blender and enjoy.
