Guided Ayurveda Cleanses

As long as we are not living in harmony with nature and our constitution,
we cannot expect ourselves to be really healed.
Ayurveda gives us the means.

Guided Ayurveda Cleanse Programs

Ayurveda helps us unblock ourselves on a physical level so that we can rebuild our bodies on a cellular level. HOW? By cleaning out our digestive system and boosting our lymph, circulatory and glandular systems with foods full of Prana or life force. Juices, tonics and yoga strengthening the immune system and restore our blood chemistry. Our cleanses are designed to follow the 9-day program offered in Spring and Fall according to the Ayurveda tradition. Also there are programs for the beginning of the year which take place in January. These 9 days are your chance to slow down, turn down the “NOISE” and as you reduce the excess in your life, you come away feeling very clear about everything around you.

Ayurveda believes we should fast sometimes and feast sometimes. Fasts provide the punctuation marks that give the body time to shift from one season to another. In Ayurveda, the year is divided into 3 seasons and each season has its own constitution: VATA or a predominance of air and dryness is the season from late autumn into early winter, KAPHA or a predominance of water and earth is the period from the coldest part of winter to spring and PITTA or predominance of fire is from late spring to early autumn.

In Winter, the Agni or digestive fire is strong and we eat more food. As the weather changes to Spring the digestive fire needs to be reignited, hence the Ayurvedic tradition of fasting. Coincidentally, this is also the time when our immunity is low and it is advisable to eat light, but nutritious food. At the end of Summer, when the heat is aggravated by the Pitta or fire energy and we transition into autumn, it is necessary to first take part in a Cleanse and then moisten our bodies to be prepared for the winter.

Combining Yoga, Meditation & Food

I have partnered with Tina Chugani, a gifted Kundalini yoga teacher with more than 10 years experience, to combine Yoga and Meditation for our custom-designed virtual or in-person Guided Ayurveda Cleanses, Detox & Reset Programs and Feed Your Chakras Workshops.

Kundalini yoga is known as the yoga of awareness. It uses a combination of posture sequences,  mudras,  breath work, meditation and sound energy.

Even a small practice of 3 minutes a day can have a peaceful, cleansing impact on the body and the mind.

There is a daily routine that amplifyies your well being. To go to bed earlier. To cut back on media input. To keep silent more. To take quiet walks. To prepare simple, nourishing foods for yourself. Make time for reflection. Most of all, to allow this time to be different.

Client Testimonials

“I think through this detox, I have found quiet inside, feel blessed and grateful for life and those people in my life. Once again I feel re-connected to a beautiful sense that people come into your life for a reason, don't take that for granted. Explore that more. High on happy. And Ayurvedic food definitely helps the bubble and bounce! Thanks Rashmi, I do miss you and your lovely messages.”

Pari - Vienna

“Thank you Rashmi -I will try the one day liquids per month. I must say that the 4 first days have been difficult for my body but afterwards I felt better and really enjoyed the new dishes- and also the drinks😀😀”

Nadia - Athens

“Dear Rashmi, thank you so much! I feel so good - it's not only because of the three kilos which I lost but I it is - what I hoped for - the strong feeling that my energy is coming back. I will keep an eye on my diet (will keep a number of your recipes), will keep the oil pulling and will spend a bit more time on my own well being (more yoga and exercise). These days really were the first step in starting a number of new routines😊. THANK YOU!”
